Pamela Kelly-Pincus serves as a consultant and faculty member at Vera Causa Group. Pam is a career prosecutor and team leader with 35 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York.

Pam prosecuted thousands of major felony cases, and successfully argued cases before the New York Appellate Term, Appellate Division and Court of Appeals. Over the years, Pam has trained more than 150 prosecutors and a countless number of law enforcement officers. Recognizing the need to change the landscape in certain areas of professional law enforcement and the need for a more progressive approach to criminal justice, Pam developed the Early Case Assessment Bureau and the Office of Alternative Prosecutions and Resources, where she was promoted to Bureau Chief and Executive Director. Pam is also recognized as a trailblazer for prosecutors returning to the workforce from maternity leave, she successfully implemented the first job-sharing initiative and reduced work schedules for working women.

Now retired as a practicing prosecutor, Pam is an adjunct professor at St. John’s Law School in Queens, the President of the Long Island Chapter of the American Academy for Professional Law Enforcement, on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association and a member of the Nassau County Heroin Task Force. Pam is a graduate of Stonybrook University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and Brooklyn Law School where she earned her Juris Doctorate. She is also the Managing Director of To The Stage performing arts studio in Oceanside, New York.
